The Collins Bookkeeping team consists of a combined 40+ years of bookkeeping, consulting and tax experience. Due to being let down by bookkeepers who claimed they were proficient in Accounting Software but finding the opposite to be true once they started working with us, we have implemented a system to make sure we are getting the best possible employees to service your needs.  As our company continues to grow our staff are required to fullfil four standards-education, experience, testing & training.

Tracy Collins, Founder

Growing up in Rural Pennsylvania in a blue-collar family our founder, Tracy Collins, was no stranger to hard work. She has brought those hard work values to her business to help her clients thrive. 

In 2017 she decided to go back to school and get her degree in accounting. While receiving her degree she was working on her business, working full-time in the corporate world and raising a family. 

For the past 8 years Tracy has worked in the accounting field for industries such as construction, mental health, and shipping. Some of her duties including billing, payroll, accounts payable to the more advanced of budgeting, forecasting, and providing assistance in small business growth. 

Along with her experience and college education she brings to the business her Quickbooks Pro Advisor Elite certification, Xero certification, Live Plan Expert Advisor Certification and here Housecall Pro Certified Partner designation and many other certifications.

Bonetta Bond, Tax Specialist

Bonetta J. Bond has been employed by HCA Healthcare Company at the corporate level in the Employment Tax department for twenty-one years.  Although she has worked in all areas of the Accounting field for forty-three years, for the last fifteen years she has been the Employment Tax Regulatory Compliance and Accounting Manager for HCA, Inc.  

Bonetta graduated with an Honors BS Degree with High Distinction in Accounting from Tennessee State University. She is also FPC certified in the national Payroll industry.

She has been a member of the Greater Nashville Chapter of APA since 1998.  During these years, Bonetta has held the offices of Director of National Payroll Week for the Chapter, was for three terms the Chapter’s Treasurer, was Vice-President and then became President-Elect (due to bylaw amendment).  She has continually served on various sub-committees which include being co-coordinator for the KY/TN Payroll Conference, leading numerous CPP/FPC payroll/accounting study groups and being a member of National APA’s CHAMPS program (a payroll mentoring committee). She now holds the office of Chapter President for the Greater Nashville Chapter for fourth time.

Ms. Bond is a native Nashvillian and resides in Hendersonville, TN.
